Sale of Modric is Key to Rossi Swoop
Harry Redknapp is eager to see Croatian midfielder, Luka Modric, sold to Chelsea, in order to free up cash for “raids” on Spanish team, Villarreal. Levy, whether intentionally or not, recently suggested that the sale of Modric would “in all honesty” allow Spurs to “have a better team”, as the proceeds would allow Tottenham to buy “three or four” new players.
